What is included in the rental fee?
Make your event unforgettable! Our venue rental includes everything you need – event space, sound equipment, and fun games. Looking to take it up a notch? Add-ons like bouncy castles and ball pits are available for the kids too! Message our agent and let the good times begin!
What are the modes of payment?
Choose your preferred payment method: PayNow, bank transfer, or credit card (charges may apply).
Why do we need to pay for a deposit?
The deposit is to account for any potential damages, time extension and purchases made during the event. If everything goes well, it will be refunded within 1 week.
What is the venue's cancellation policy?
Secure your peace of mind with our generous cancellation policy:
- Enjoy a full refund if you cancel your event 30 days before the scheduled date.
- Get a 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the event.
- Please note that no refunds can be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
Can we change the date of our event after booking?
Alterations to the booking date and time are subject to the discretion of management and availability.
